About Us
Utilux (U.K) Ltd was established at Bungay, Suffolk, England in 1972 and was the autonomous European Manufacturing subsidiary of Baryon PTY., a privately-owned international company with manufacturing and sales facilities worldwide.
In 2000 a central European manufacturing facility was established. This site chosen was the town of Dolny Kubin, in an area of Slovakia known for its experience in the electro-technical industries. Since this re-location Utilux has moved from its original site to a purpose built 55,000ft² stamping facility.
Employees have increase from the original 35 to over 220 working on two and three shifts.
In July 2008 Utilux became part of Greenlee, Textron.
Utilux is without doubt the fastest growing European connector company.
